Breakers from a recent buy — this is the kind of stuff we pay cash for.

How selling to us works

1. Send photos

Text or email pictures of the labels and nameplates. Don't know what something is? Send it anyway, we'll figure it out.

2. Get a price

A real person looks at your photos and gives you a number, usually the same day. Bigger lots, we'll come out and look in person.

3. Get paid

We handle freight and removal at our cost. Check or cash on pickup, or drop off at our Corona yard and get paid on the spot.

A real buyer, not a middleman

We've been buying electrical surplus from contractors, plants, and electricians for years. When you call, you talk to the person who writes the check — not a call center.

We pay for the shipping, the rigging, and the removal. You don't spend a dime to sell to us. And we answer the phone at night, because that's when a lot of you are wrapping up jobs.

More about us →

Paid at pickup. Every time.

No consignment, no "we'll settle after it sells," no net-30. We verify the equipment on site and pay before it leaves your dock — cash, company check, or same-day wire, whichever you prefer. Contractors cleaning out a job, plants clearing a storeroom, estates settling a shop: the money is part of the pickup, not a promise after it.

Curious how we get to a number? Our pricing page walks through it — and scrap vs. resale explains why a working breaker is usually worth several times its weight.

Any condition, any quantity

New in the box, pulled from a working panel, or rained on for two winters — send photos anyway. Condition moves the price, not the answer. One breaker in a shoebox or forty MCC sections on a plant floor, the process is identical: photos, a real number, payment.

Obsolete gear is a specialty. Federal Pacific, Zinsco, old Westinghouse — the lines that keep older buildings running have real replacement demand, and we grade them against it instead of weighing them for scrap.

Straight answers

Do you buy used circuit breakers?

Yes — molded case, insulated case, low voltage power breakers, and medium voltage air and vacuum breakers. Current brands and obsolete lines alike; old Federal Pacific, Zinsco, and Westinghouse breakers often carry surprising replacement value.

Do you buy transformers with oil in them?

Yes. Oil-filled, dry type, and padmount transformers are one of our biggest categories. We handle containment and DOT-compliant hauling — fluid condition changes the price, not the answer.

What condition does equipment need to be in?

Any condition. New in box, pulled working, or sitting in the weeds. Condition affects the number we quote, but we buy across the whole range — and we'll tell you honestly when something is only worth scrap.

How fast do I get paid?

At pickup or drop-off. We verify the equipment and pay before it leaves your dock — cash, company check, or same-day wire. No consignment, no waiting on our resale.

Do you charge for freight or removal?

Never. Rigging, loading, and freight are on us. If you ship smaller lots, we send prepaid labels. Selling to us costs you nothing.

Is my equipment worth more than scrap?

Usually, yes — often several times more. Scrapyards pay by weight; we pay against the replacement market. Send photos before you scrap anything and we'll grade it for real value.
