Which way to reach us

All three channels reach the same people, so pick whichever is least trouble for you. They do differ in speed, and it is worth knowing which is which.

• Text. The fastest route to a number, because photos come attached. This is how most quotes on this site actually start.
• Call. Best when the situation needs explaining — a whole building, a tight demolition date, a lot you cannot describe easily. A person answers, 24 hours a day.
• Email. Best for large photo sets, inventory lists, spreadsheets, and anything your purchasing process needs in writing.

What to expect after you reach out

During the day, quotes usually come back within the hour. Overnight and weekend messages get answered too — this business runs on load-out schedules, not office hours — though a detailed number on a large lot may wait for daylight.

You will not get an automated reply, a form letter, or a sales sequence. You will get a real answer, and where the honest answer is that your lot is worth more at a scrapyard than to us, that is what you will hear. There is no obligation attached to asking, and identification is free whether or not you sell.

One request: send the photos before anything gets disconnected, cut, or pried apart. Most of the value lost in this business is lost during removal, not during negotiation.
