What data centers replace, and what it is worth after
Data center refreshes generate unusually good surplus, because the equipment coming out is typically newer, well-maintained, and documented. Switchgear, PDUs, breakers, and transformers pulled during a capacity upgrade are frequently in better condition than most used gear on the market.

Removals inside a live facility

Practically that means scheduling inside approved change windows, staging equipment where it does not obstruct operations, and coordinating with facility engineering on the rigging path before anything moves. We bring our own crew and equipment so facility staff are not pulled into the removal.
